Pets don't keep office hours. When something goes wrong at 2am, you need a vet you can actually reach. Dr. Faisal answers the emergency line personally β every day, every night.
π¨ Emergency now? Call 050-641 1007 immediately. Don't message, don't email β call.
If you're asking the question, it's probably worth calling. We'd much rather you call about something minor than wait too long on something serious. Here are signs that always warrant an urgent call:
When you call 050-641 1007, you reach Dr. Faisal directly β not an answering service, not a triage nurse, not voicemail. He'll assess the situation, tell you whether to come straight to the clinic or what to do at home first, and meet you if needed.
For bleeding: Apply firm pressure with a clean cloth. Don't remove embedded objects.
For poisoning: Bring the packaging or a sample of what was eaten. Don't try to make your pet vomit unless explicitly told to.
For heat stroke: Move to shade. Wet (not ice cold) towels on belly and paws. Bring water but don't force it.
For trauma: Try to keep them still. Use a board or rigid surface to transport if there's any chance of spinal injury.
For seizures: Move objects away from them. Don't put anything in their mouth. Note the time it started.
If you're not sure β call. Better to be told it can wait until morning than to wait too long on something serious. Dr. Faisal would rather be woken up unnecessarily than have you lose a pet to indecision.
Call us, WhatsApp us, or send a message β we'll get back to you the same day.
