Use the emergency line for breathing trouble, collapse, poisoning, trauma, seizures, severe pain, inability to urinate, heat stroke, bleeding, sudden weakness, or any fast decline in a bird, rabbit, reptile, puppy, kitten, or senior pet.

Normal clinic hours
Routine appointments are usually handled during clinic hours, Saturday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm. The 24 hour number is for urgent situations where waiting may put the pet at risk.
