When you contact us — by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website form — we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, your pet's information, and any medical history you share. When you visit the clinic, we maintain veterinary records for your pet as required by UAE veterinary regulations.

How we use it

We use your information only for:

• Providing veterinary care for your pet
• Contacting you about appointments, results, and your pet's health
• Issuing official documents (vaccination certificates, health certificates for travel, microchip registration)
• Meeting our legal and regulatory obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may share necessary information with:

• UAE authorities where legally required (e.g. microchip registries, MOCCAE for travel)
• Referral specialists if your pet needs onward care, with your consent
• Pet relocation companies you instruct on your behalf

How long we keep it

Veterinary records are retained for a minimum of seven years as required by UAE regulations. Contact details are kept for as long as you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your rights
