New Veterinary Clinic is a private veterinary practice located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, operating under UAE veterinary regulations. The clinic is owned and led by Dr. Faisal Shaheen.
We provide veterinary services to pet owners on a fee-for-service basis. All advice and treatment is provided in good faith, based on the information available to us and the clinical judgement of the attending vet. Veterinary medicine cannot guarantee outcomes; we cannot promise specific results from any treatment.
Appointments should be booked in advance where possible. Emergency cases are seen as priority. For genuine emergencies, please call the emergency mobile (050-641 1007) directly — do not send WhatsApp messages or emails, which may not be seen immediately.
Fees are payable at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash and major credit cards. Estimates can be provided in advance for planned procedures; we will always discuss costs with you before proceeding with significant treatments.
We maintain confidential records for every patient as required by UAE veterinary regulations. Records are released only to you, to other vets you authorise us to share with, or where legally required.
For international pet travel, we provide health certificates on the basis of examination and your pet's documented history. We make every effort to ensure certificates meet destination requirements at the time of issue, but ultimate responsibility for compliance with destination country rules rests with the owner. Requirements can change, and we strongly recommend confirming current rules with the destination country directly close to the travel date.
We carry appropriate veterinary professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by UAE law.
